Absolutely stunning knife, Paul was friendly, really helpful with creating a unique design and was lightning fast with responses and turnover time despite me taking ages to decide. Thanks for the patience Paul!
In terms of quality of the knife itself I was surprised to find it counterweighted perfectly for a lovely balance in the hand. The steel is extremely hard and although this one came with a slight chip from the tip and a rough grind, I can't really complain as I didn't give Paul enough time to finish it, and probably wanted to leave it up to me how much of my design to risk cutting into as I wanted a large area of the blade engraved. Doesn't matter as I was going to sharpen the blade to the kind of edge I want for my purposes anyway. The leather sheath is also perfectly fitted and provides easy access from my belt
